Yesterday in a stunning development, a bipartisan majority of Congress rejected the attempt to kill the privileged resolution brought by Dennis Kucinich to impeach Vice President Cheney, for his unprecedented constitutional high crimes. Instead the bill was sent to the House Judiciary Committee, which is exactly where we want it to build momentum. Now all we have to do is pressure them to follow through, and impeachment will be a reality. You can write to your congress persons and express your desire that they follow through on this process or use the following statement and forward it to your respective representatives. You can just cut and past the following into your memo:
Dick Cheney is a criminal and is guilty of Treason. Spying on American Citizens, Water boarding prisoners, lying to the American People to get us into a war, and the damage to the American Constitution the he was sworn in to office to protect are all reason that Dick Cheney must be held accountable. I want to insure that all future presidents and vice presidents recognize that you do not commit these kinds of criminal acts against the American people without consequences. It is the Congress responsibility to hold these criminals accountable as each of you were sworn in to uphold the laws and protect our constitution and to protect our nation from criminals such as Dick Cheney. Please support House Resolution 333.

The tapes of Osama are just more "Boogie Man's gonna Get Ya" Crap
How long are we going to allow our government to play this little charade with us the American Citizens who are paying for this not so well directed "war on Terror"?
We aren't even hunting Osama Bin Laden any more. We are bogged down in a war in Iraq, a country that had nothing to do with 9-11. In the meantime Al Quida has grown stronger and we actually face more danger today than we did on 9-11.
Secondly... All of this Terrorist stuff is a bit over played. I assure you anyone in this nation that is black, gay, Mexican, atheist, etc, etc, etc, faces terror every day of their lives. They know what terror is. They walk in it every day and recognize it is not something that is sending video tapes with threats of kicking your ass. It's not someone saying "I'm going to mess you up" it's more realizing terror when they have been shot in the back by a law enforcement figure of authority or the Terrorist has beat the hell out of you and left you hanging on a fence in Wyoming’s winter to die. That is true terror recognized by the trained eye that faces it on a daily basis. Maybe that is why there are those that don't buy into this "boogie man" rhetoric.
I'm not saying there are not those out there that want to hurt us because we are
Americans; they desire to hurt us because they don't like Americans. They don't like Americans because we as American have not been very good neighbors. We take it upon ourselves to determine what is best for them and then we occupy their nation and enforce our values and what we call democracy on them. How do you suppose we would react to someone doing that to us? I would suggest to you that most of us would appear to them as insurgents. Combatants; anxious to overthrow the occupation; fighting for our very existence as we know it.
You see there are those ordinary citizens out here that recognize our government and the pendants who give that government unbridled authority to carry out their witch hunts as being exactly what it is…. A terrorist organization. Absolute power…. Absolute corruption…..

Bush Administration is a Disgrace to United States of America
Scooter Libby was convicted of 4 counts out of 5. Now the republicans are crying foul and calling for the pardon of Libby. You have got to be kidding me! What ever happened to the Bush promise (like that’s worth a tinkers damn) that he would fire anyone that was involved in the Valerie Plame leak. Well George, Cheney, Rove are still there… What you going to do?
Pardoning Libby is just the slap in the face Americans need. What the hell, GWB has arrogantly flown in the face of the American public by continuing to send American soldiers to Iraq. The war that Bush stared based on lies and trumped up intelligence has taken our military to the brink of destruction. Our military leaders have indicated that we are totally incapable of protecting our home land in the case of an emergency. Yet, Bush, the fearless cowboy “decider” has decided that that’s really not important and continuing the death sentence for our soldiers in Iraq is the path for us. “Stay the course” has become the death march for our military.
Now we find out that when our soldiers return home due to injuries in Iraq they are moved to slum lord hospitals run by our government. I wouldn’t let my dog be treated in such squalor as the Walter Reid Veterans Hospital. This is the thanks we give our soldiers for putting their lives on the line. This is what GWB and cronies call “supporting our troops?” I don’t think so! These men and women have given much to each of us Americans and the best we can do is send them to some filthy dilapidated mismanaged chamber of abuse to rehab their injuries? What is wrong with the public that they are not calling for the impeachment of the entire bush administration?
In the mean time the hearings on the dismissal of court judges around the country has revealed that Bush has his hit men dismissing judges who go against his vile behavior by prosecuting those that carry out his misguided attack on American justice. These judges are being dismissed for upholding the values of America. If they prosecute one of the republican corrupt villains they will soon find themselves dismissed by this administration. Is George Bush setting us up for a take over by his corrupt administration and taking the judges that would resist such a coup out of the way?
This is very dangerous territory we find ourselves in. Nazi Germany has experience with such treasonous leadership. Maybe the American public had better pull out a history book and see where this pattern of criminal behavior is leading us. Lack of action on the American publics’ part could be the destruction of our way of life.
Our constitution has been altered just enough to allow him to do whatever he wants to us dissenters. Some things are just worth fighting for! Get polished up on the book “For Whom the Bell Tolls” we will soon need those willing to come forth to stand up to the treasonous erosion of our government. Excuse me D.C. Mad-Damn
Yes I know it’s mis-spelled for some but for me and the DC Madam it is exactly correct in spelling.
My question is…. “why is it that when Clinton had sex with Lewinsky which was totally legal we had to know all the details and it was the basis of what lead to impeachment hearings; yet here we have a bunch of lawless behavior of government officials who were hiring prostitutes which is against the law and the media decides we really don’t need to hear about it or who the criminals are”?
Well they are dead wrong! I want to know every one of their names! I want the media to smear them all over the media and tell us all about their vile behavior! I want the Dirt!!!!
What is it that we allow the media to tell us what we “need to know”? Since when have we allowed them to dictate to us what is important for us to know?
Does anyone else find it amusing that we can have a bunch of our elected officials committing crimes on the streets of DC and between themselves and the media they have managed to keep it under wraps? This is disgusting in my estimation. But off course if it were Bill Clinton we would have to be taken trough all the dirty details even when it was of no concern to us what so ever.
For those of you that watched 20/20 or Reliable Sources I hope you find this attitude of the media as despicable as I do.
The Iraq war is a crime committed by the highest office in the land and we still haven’t delved into prosecution of that criminal activity so I guess we have just decided that it is appropriate to allow all our criminal leaders continue with criminal activities and ignore the whole damn corrupt pile of shit!
I think I’m feeling nauseous! Our ethics and values in this nation have gone to hell, we are much more worried about homosexuals and the “sanctity of marriage” because we can target a small segment of our community with that hate motivated witch hunt while we allow the villains in DC who we put in office to manage our country are out doddering prostitutes more than likely on our dime. Family Values at the helm!!!
